All the ingredients for a successful launch

After we successfully helped launch food industry management consultancy FIS in 2011, we were pleased to be invited back to get our teeth into a new brief to overhaul their web presence, to reflect their recent track record, a slight change in direction and their growing reputation.

Business owner Mike Faers (ex Head of Food at McDonalds UK) has an enviable track record within the industry, and was keen to highlight his success launching FIS and experiencing substantial early growth.

We set about branding each of their core services with a view to these becoming stand-alone brands in the future and breaking away from the businesses stewardship.

Responsive website design

We identified a massive 42.7% of website visitors used tablet or smartphone devices to browse the existing site, which was good justification to deliver a mobile responsive website.

Service with a smile!

When it’s important to build trust amongst your audience adding a little personality can help to break down the barriers. The aim of the integrated blog was to encourage repeat visitors with engaging content, and adding that personal (and professional) touch can make a big difference.

Brand guidelines

We developed a branding and style guideline which covered more than logo usage, exclusion zones and fonts, and detailed areas which would potentially make a bigger immediate impact including PowerPoint slides, tone of voice, email signatures and Word templates.
