A fresh approach for corporate website design

Linkfresh Software Limited, Cambridge & California

Cambridge corporate website design

Brief background

Having recently attracted significant investment from the US and opened their first overseas office, Linkfresh required a new US-led approach to their website.  A mobile-responsive WordPress site was chosen to replace the Drupal solution we delivered in 2011. We working closely with our client’s US agency to ensure the new website found a good balance in its presentation to US and European markets.

Stress-free data capture

One aspect of the website rebuild was to ensure that requests for information and event registrations were both effortless for the visitor and handled efficiently internally after submission.

It seems pretty obvious, but with a little extra effort, for example setting up automated responses and reminders, and ensuring it’s easy for visitors to register on behalf of their colleagues for group bookings – it was possible to streamline and improve the data capture process for Linkfresh and their visitors.

Aggregated news feed

The footer of the website aggregates the latest events, news, blog posts and tweets into a single feed.

Customer newsletter

A customer newsletter was developed to form a new channel for communicating with existing customers and engaging them with stories of a technical, sales and business nature.

The quarterly newsletter is sent to over 2500 contacts including clients, industry professionals and partners and helps to promote client events and the benefits to taking on new bolt-ons and upgrades.

A lasting relationship

We delivered our first project for Linkfresh (previously Anglia Business Solutions) in April 2002 – a corporate brochure which led to delivering a range of projects including branding, exhibition stands, newsletters, online and print advertising, collateral and a wealth of other digital and print projects.
